Hi Mike,

This is just a test so you can see how one of these submissions will look when you submit the form. I am working on getting the dashboard integration done that is one of my goals in 2022. So this form will be integrated directly into your site but feed the data you submit into mine, I will have to write a custom application for this/plugin that will come. Thank you for all your feedback over the years its been much appreciated!
