How studio plans and tickets work
A subscription bills the time tracked on your tickets. A fixed rate is one scope and one price. Either way the request lives in the dashboard.
There are two ways to hire the studio. They use the same person and the same dashboard. They do not use the same bill.
Subscription
You subscribe, send requests, and get billed for the time tracked on those tickets. It is not a block of hours that expires, and it is not an estimate that gets rewritten at the end. The log is the invoice. Scope can move: the next request can replace the one you thought you wanted.
This fits Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, and Nuxt work that keeps coming — a section, a fix, a page, a proof.
Fixed rate
A fixed rate is a written scope, one price, and a delivery date. Nothing is timed against you. If the scope changes, the scope and the price are updated before the extra work starts. This fits a job you can describe up front: a landing page, a theme, a migration, a print piece, an identity.
The ticket
Either plan starts the same way. You describe the work. It becomes a ticket with a title, a scope, and a status. Files and proofs stay on that ticket instead of in an email thread.
Clients who already have access use the client tools — the dashboard for tickets, files, and requests. If you do not have access yet, start at plans or contact and say whether you want a subscription or a fixed rate.
